Description

Meltech Grabbing Cranes are specialized material handling cranes equipped with grab buckets for lifting and transporting bulk materials such as coal, iron ore, clinker, sand, waste, or biomass. A key feature of Meltech Grab Cranes is their double hoist/grab mechanism, synchronized with advanced PLC control systems for precise operation.

Designed for high-throughput, continuous-duty applications, these cranes are widely used in cement plants, steel plants, waste-to-energy facilities, and fertilizer industries. Depending on the material handled, grab types such as electro-mechanical grabs or hydraulic grabs (clamshell or orange peel type) are selected for optimal performance.
